'Expose It!' was a compilation album showcasing various bands releasing material via Plastic Head Records and Distribution. The album had a short pressing run and was soon deleted. Other contributing artists were Passion Of Ice, The Keatons, Bordello, Gadgets, Pows, Revolution, Kick Ass, Cybernauts, New English, Tall Americans and Sinister Family.
Screaming Head Eternal was one of the first two tracks Steven and Tim recorded together, and can be considered one of the first true No-Man songs (although the band was still called No Man Is An Island at that stage). It's best described as "a piece of messy punk-jazz" and was the polar opposite of the other track recorded in the same session (Faith's Last Doubt). When released on 'Expose It!', it featured a version of French Tree Terror Suspect as an intro (a track later released in its own right on 'Speak').
